I have stolen your car

Driven to LA

I really love it

Your new Camaro

I decided it

Was too risky to keep

So I decided to sell it

To a scrap metal place

And bought

A new Mustang

To enjoy for a new ride

But right after I hit 100

I ran it up a pole

I know you probably

Despise me now

And want your car back

From the place I sold it to

They destroyed it

Your car no longer exists

You’ll never see it again

I also suppose

You want the new car

But, it was totaled

In the wreck

Forgive me

I took it

For some fun

I enjoyed

The ride

It was quite smooth

I got to LA quite quick

You would have

Enjoyed it too

But I didn’t want

To be in trouble

With the cops

So I enjoyed

A short ride

In the shiny new Mustang

I enjoyed hitting 100 MPH

With glee

But I was also silently glad

That it was destroyed

For I could bring nothing back
